Repairing the original PezCar was our first goal. Several hours (and dollars) have already been invested in this project, but the car is still in serious need of major repair. An estimate of around $2500 has been assessed for a new engine and some front end work. This will definitely "fix up" the car, BUT it will still only be a local vehicle. It might be able to make a trip to St. Louis from Oklahoma, but no way would it be comfortable traveling to Connecticut or California.
